All items are made to order by Printful, through embroidery, direct-to-film printing, and direct-to-garment printing (for embroidered items with printed designs) from blanks. Once produced, all items are fufilled by Fourthwall. 

Returns

Fourthwall will only accept returns for design or garment manufacturing errors as part of their quality guarantee. Returns for any other reason (sizing issues, ordering the wrong item, or just not liking a design) will not be accepted.

Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. Look at the Returns & FAQ section for the most up-to-date information - that is updated directly by Fourthwall.

Pricing

Items are priced so that:

• onemanband's cut from each sale is intended to be minimal, and to cover any change in costs from inflation & tarriffs.
  • The remainder of each item are production costs - the cost of the blank from the manufacturer, the cost of Printful's printing and/or embroidery, and Fourthwall's cut for acting as a mediator. 

Sourcing, Sustainability, and Ethical Production

Specific blanks are described on each item's listing - manufacturer and model - for reference. While onemanband has done our best to select blanks that are responsibly produced and sourced, we encourage you to do your own research before purchasing, especially as it relates to biodegradability, the sourcing of cotton from each manufacturer at the time of purchase, and other factors that relate to sustainability & ethics.

As of writing, detailed supplier sourcing and social responsibility information is not avaliable for items such as posters, glass cups, and mugs. We encourage you to reponsibly use and recycle these items according to best practices and local regulations.

While Printful uses water-based inks for both their direct-to-film and direct-to-garment printing, not all items are printed with them. Posters, glass cups and other "select non-apparel products" are printed with solvent-based Epson inks.

With the exception of AS Colour hoodies (which are made of 20% GRS certified post-consumer recycled polyester, made from plastic bottles sourced from landfills and recycling plants) all apparel items are 100% cotton.
